This product is not asset-based. No brick and mortar or appraisals in order to facilitate this transaction. The collateral is an unconditional, investment grade contract.
Lending Ratio: 100% of instrument's value, less the costs of funds.
Loan Amounts: Minimum $10MM (down to $5MM with exception)
Terms: Repayment will match the terms of the contract. For example: If you have a contract for the purchase of an alternative fuel over a 5 year period, repayment would be 5 years. Our preference is 5 years or longer; however, we can go as short as 1 year.
Prepayment Penalty: None
Turn Time: Approximately 2 to 4 weeks
Fixed or Variable: Fixed rates are typical.
Recourse: This is a non-recourse loan.
