Hard Assets: Minerals, precious metals (above or below ground), stock certificates, corporate bonds, land, precious assets.
Example: By monetizing the actual corporate bond, you retain your current earnings and at the same time, free up a percentage of value of the bond for other purposes.
Lending Ratio: Up to 100% (based on an assay of the specific hard asset). Financing percentage is based on a financial instrument backed by the hard asset.
Loan Amount: Minimum $150MM, no maximum
Terms: 1 to 5 years
Prepayment Penalty: None
Fixed or Variable: Fixed rates are typical.
Recourse: Non-recourse
